• A valued business partner and critical friend to the Executive Board, accountable for augmenting the performance of the leaders across the business to enable delivery of the vision and plan.
• Someone who can contribute to our long-term business and people development including succession planning, talent acquisition and leadership development
• A qualified and experienced coach who has a track record of unlocking potential in people and transforming business performance as a result
• An individual who listens to feedback and supports their thinking with data and evidence with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
• A culture ambassador and role model for the business
• A commercial approach and understanding of what drives value creation across the people agenda
