SALES REPRESENTATIVE COMMERCIAL FLOORING SERVICES – LONDON AND SOUTH EAST REGION

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading London based Flooring Contractors in their hunt for an additional member of their Commercial Flooring Sales Team to help build their well regarded business in the South East and London area.

The company offer Commercial Flooring solutions to various end users - with particular emphasis on Office Fit Out clients. They also carry out work via main contractors and the A&D (Architect and Design) Sector as well as high end residential installations.

The role will suit someone with a track record of success in Commercial Flooring Sales and Estimations, who has energy and enthusiasm and contacts within our client's target markets. The ability to Measure and draw up plans and estimates manually for various types of flooring is essential.

You will be responsible for building business in the area via identifying targets and servicing existing customer requirements, following the sales process through estimates and tender stage to closing the sale. Well Presented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), you will be a people person with the ability to deal with the full spectrum of contacts that you will be dealing with, building your networks as you progress.
