About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Marketing Assistant to join our expanding marketing team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, contribute to exciting campaigns, and grow within a dynamic marketing environment.As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support the delivery of marketing activities across events, residential outreach, and B2B campaigns. Working alongside experienced team members, you will help bring marketing strategies to life while developing valuable professional skills. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.Support event preparation, on-site activation, and post-event reporting.Help create and organise marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets.Conduct basic market research to support campaign strategies and client goals.Engage with customers and audiences to promote brand messaging and generate interest.Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, leads, and performance data.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign coordination.Provide general administrative support to the marketing department.
