Sr. Partner Enablement
Manager
is responsible for orchestrating the complete partner and channel-seller learning experience — from onboarding through advanced accreditation. By developing a
sustainable and scalable RevLAB Partner Enablement Program
, this role ensures a consistent, measurable, and high-impact learning journey that enhances partner productivity, accelerates sales capability, and drives overall business growth.

Enablement Strategy & Program Design
Define and maintain the RevLAB Partner Learning Framework that includes the full journey:
Stage 0: Welcome & Introduction
- Stage 1: Launch Sequence (Kickoff and Readiness)
- Stage 2: Certification & Core Role-Based Enablement
- Stage 3: Partner Success Planning (Strategic Enablement)
Stage 4: Accreditation Programs (Advanced, Specialized Learning)
Align enablement roadmap with partner program tiers and business priorities.
Coordinate with Channel Ops, Channel Marketing, Partner Managers, and Program Leadership to align milestones, ownership, and readiness criteria.
Partner Learning Journey Development
Stage 0 – Welcome & Orientation: Develop partner welcome kits, decks, and kickoff session materials. Lead onboarding sessions with Partner Leadership and Channel Ops.
- Stage 1 – Launch & Readiness: Coordinate ILT/VILT kickoff bootcamps for new partners and ensure completion of foundational certifications (sales and technical). Facilitate early engagement with key internal teams.
- Stage 2 – Certification & Skills Development: Work with SMEs and Product Marketing to create on-demand and instructor-led certifications (sales and technical). Manage certification calendars, assessments, and completion tracking.
- Stage 3 – Partner Success Plan: Guide partners through the creation of a 12-month success plan, integrating revenue goals, enablement milestones, and co-marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to measure progress against plan KPIs.
Stage 4 – Accreditation & Continuous Enablement: Develop advanced training paths and specializations (deployment, integration, solution areas). Build reinforcement tools (microlearning, labs, advanced workshops) to ensure continuous learning.
Content & Experience Management
Manage the enablement content lifecycle — design, delivery, and refresh cycles.
Build and maintain the partner enablement library, ensuring assets like:
Partner welcome decks
- Certification materials
- Bootcamp guides
- Accreditation playbooks
Partner success templates
Collaborate with SMEs and Product Marketing to produce updated, co-brandable learning materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Engage with Sales Enablement to ensure internal and external learning tracks are aligned.
- Partner with Skillibrium to incorporate coaching and performance reinforcement for both partners and internal channel sellers.
Act as the liaison between Partner Management, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, and Operations for unified execution.
Delivery & Program Management
Maintain the master calendar for ILT/VILT courses, bootcamps, and certifications.
- Source, brief, and manage facilitators, ensuring delivery quality and engagement.
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, learner communications, LMS enrollment, and post-session surveys.
Drive participation, track attendance and completion, and analyze learner progress across all RevLAB stages.
Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
Define success metrics tied to the learner journey, including progression between RevLAB stages.
- Report on enablement outcomes by partner tier, region, and role.
- Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and investment decisions.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Enablement within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven success in designing and executing global enablement strategies for channel partners or B2B ecosystems.
- Experience managing learning management systems (LMS) and enablement tools (e.g., Skilljar, Mindtickle, Highspot, Seismic).
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel go-to-market models.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, learning strategy, and enablement content creation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple global programs simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset — skilled in defining KPIs, analyzing enablement impact, and driving continuous improvement.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adept at virtual facilitation and adult learning best practices.
