Construction Project Directors (x3) – RC Structures (Major Sporting & Leisure Projects)

Client-side/Developer

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking
three highly experienced Construction Project Directors
with extensive experience in complex RC structures to work directly for a significant master-planned developer, to lead the delivery of landmark sporting and leisure facilities, including:

  • Championship-level Golf Clubs
    – featuring luxury 5-star clubhouses, members' facilities, and associated buildings.
  • World-Class Racecourse
    – a premier equestrian venue with an iconic grandstand and state-of-the-art facilities.
  • Sports Stadiums
  • world-class stadiums that will set new global standards for sport, entertainment, and fan experiences in Saudi Arabia

This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in delivering some of the most ambitious and high-profile developments in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-value sporting facility projects.
  • Manage the delivery of large-scale reinforced concrete (RC) structures, including extensive concrete pours and complex frames.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Provide strategic leadership, risk management, and problem-solving across all project phases.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, government entities, and international partners.
  • Champion innovation, sustainability, and world-class engineering practices.

About You

  • 15+ years' professional experience with a proven track record in delivering large, complex construction projects.
  • Expertise in complex RC frame construction is essential.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contract administration skills.
  • International experience on high-profile sporting, leisure, or cultural projects is highly desirable.
  • Degree qualified in civil engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
