**What you will do

  • We have a vacancy (12 month fixed term contract) for a
    Communication Manager
    ideally based in the Scotland area as you will assume responsibility for the ChargePlace Scotland/Evolt Charging Social Media interface channels.

Working within a team of dedicated personnel to deliver best in class response to Scotland's growing number of e-vehicle users. Other responsibilities include:

  • Acknowledging and responding to customer contacts across all CPS (Chargeplace Scotland) social media channels.
  • Aligning all design, implementation, and coordination of the ChargePlace Scotland communications strategy.
  • Understanding our product portfolio, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate to all team members and public as required.
  • Acting as a social media contact point for customer concerns and aim to resolve at first point of contact.
  • Delivering on all CRM (email) communications to CPS and Evolt audiences, drivers and customers.
  • Support with the creation of content for use across website and social, including blogs and case studies.

Profile
What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years proven experience developing and delivering communication strategies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong media relations, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
  • Proficient in using digital tools, analytics, and content management platforms (Wordpress and Spotter) to measure and optimise impact.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
