We are a well established , NHS & Mixed clinic, located in Kidderminster (DY11 7BQ Postcode) looking for a professional, kind and caring Dental Therapist . Ideally someone with experience in a NHS setup who is well versed with NHS guidelines and how the UDA system works. Someone who provides excellent Oral Therapist & Hygienist Services and is well versed with S3 Perio Guidelines. We are looking for a professional who is familiar with NHS rules and guidelines , confident in clinical procedures within their scope of practice and patients with advanced periodontitis . Potential for high earning as we have very stable list .

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Therapist to join our dental practice in providing excellent oral care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting good dental hygiene and ensuring patients' comfort and well being.
Responsibilities
Conduct dental assessments RSD PMPR and assist dentists during procedures
Provide a range of clinical services as per scope of practice of a UK Dental Therapist
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Perform dental charting and take X-rays as required
Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants
Maintain patient records accurately
Sterilise dental instruments and equipment
willing to provide teeth whitening treatments (after proper training )
be able to provide intensive OHI instructions as per S3 guidelines , especially for perio/ dental implant patients
strong team player and Reliable able to communicate effectively / empathetically and patients expect a higher level of quality of care
Very strong communication skills in English
Requirements
Qualified Dental Therapist with relevant certifications
Proficient in dental procedure , medical imaging, and anatomy knowledge
Excellent communication skills with a caring and friendly approach
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and be a team player
Our Offer
we will provide salary commensurate with experience based on per patient basis , current hygienist earns in excess of 3K per month doing 2 days a week
After assessment of your skills and commitments there is a possibility for additional performance related bonuses and additional payments for private treatment / private hygiene
