We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Email Marketing Manager to provide flexible, ad-hoc support across our marketing and membership communications. This role is ideal for a freelancer or small consultancy looking for a low-hours engagement with the opportunity to expand as our needs evolve.

About Us

You will join a small, supportive team at Hampshire Care Association, a membership organisation representing CQC-registered social care providers across Hampshire. We support our members with information, insight, advocacy, and communications that help them navigate the sector and deliver high-quality care.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be managing and delivering our email communications, including sponsor/partner campaigns and regular updates to our member organisations and the wider provider market. You will play an important role in helping us maintain clear, timely and engaging communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Membership Communications

  • Create, schedule, and send regular member communications.
  • Support sponsor and partner email campaigns.

Social Media

  • Preparing and posting social media content.

Website & CRM Administration

  • Update website and CRM content.
  • Make basic content changes and assist with ongoing maintenance.

About You

  • Excellent copywriting abilities with a flair for creating engaging content across various channels.
  • Confident using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Confident with email marketing analytics.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Organised, responsive, and able to manage small workloads efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
