We are looking for an inspiring
Front of House & Deputy Client Services Manager
to lead a dynamic team and deliver a truly world-class workplace experience for one of our prestigious clients.

As the face of the client organisation, you will blend operational excellence with genuine hospitality to create an outstanding first impression — every time. Acting as both Front of House Manager and Deputy to the Client Services Manager, you will be a key partner in driving service innovation, people engagement, and seamless collaboration across departments.

You will be looking after a large team of 28 based within London and Glasgow with a mixture of FoH Ambassadors, Central Reservations, Community Ambassadors and an Events team.

Full-time, Permanent

Hours:
40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis with some flexibility required)

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a talented Front of House team of 28 to deliver a five-star client welcome experience.
  • Acting as deputy to the Client Services Manager, supporting with strategic initiatives, reporting, and daily operations.
  • Taking ownership of all Front of House activities, ensuring service standards, grooming, and presentation are consistently exceptional.
  • Anticipating client and visitor needs at every stage of the customer journey and proactively finding solutions.
  • Building strong partnerships with the Client Services Manager, Account Director, Facilities Management, Security, and other vendor teams.
  • Conducting team appraisals, performance reviews, and mentoring to foster engagement and growth.
  • Managing daily operations including rotas, payroll submissions, visitor management systems, and meeting room standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all HSEQ and company policies while maintaining up-to-date SOP documentation.
  • Acting as a key brand ambassador — representing both our company and the client with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate will

  • Proven experience managing a Front of House, Guest Services, or Corporate Reception team (ideally in a professional service or 5-star environment).

  • Confidence in reporting, scheduling, and operational planning.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems creatively.
  • A polished, professional appearance and a natural flair for hospitality.
  • The flexibility and emotional intelligence to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be required to go through a detailed 6-year vetting.
