Salary:
£30k to £35k depending upon experience

Depot based: Taplow, SL6

Hours of Work: Full-time

As the Farm Foreperson, you will be responsible for the application of agrochemicals, the overseeing of seasonal staff operating irrigation systems, Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across all site activities, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the organisation's agricultural objectives.

Farm Foreperson Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Ideally PA1 and PA2a certification.
  • Experience working with pesticides and agricultural chemicals.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems and crop management.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
  • Essential requirements: experience in or knowledge of pesticide application methods in the UK, ideally in field scale vegetable production.
  • Essential requirements: experience in operating modern farm machinery in the uk.
  • Knowledge in the application of water using field scale overhead and drip irrigation.
