We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker / Assembler to join our team. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring the precision, reliability, and craftsmanship that define our timepieces. If you have a passion for horology and take pride in meticulous workmanship, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Watch Assembly – Assemble watches from our core range with precision, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Repairs & Servicing – Diagnose and repair watches, including movement servicing, case refinishing, and part replacements.
- Quality Control – Inspect completed watches to ensure they meet our brand's exacting standards before distribution.
- Component Handling – Work with intricate watch parts, demonstrating care, precision, and expertise.
- Testing & Calibration – Perform functional tests to verify timekeeping accuracy, water resistance, and overall performance.
- Workshop Maintenance – Maintain tools, workstations, and equipment to ensure an efficient and well-organized working environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in watch assembly, repair, or a related field (formal training is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and dexterity for handling delicate components.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz watch movements.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with precision.
- Familiarity with specialized watchmaking tools and equipment.
- A genuine passion for watchmaking and craftsmanship.
