Package:

• Starting basic salary of £25,500, with uncapped OTE of £30,800
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am – 3:00pm (March to September only)
• 40 hours / 5 days per week

We're Looking For

• Experience in a rental role is desirable although full training will be given
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Positive and proactive approach
• Abilityto thrive within a team
• Professional and courteous manner
• You must hold a full, clean driving license to be considered for this role

Job Description:

• Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone and in person
• Handover on Cars, Vans & Campervans
• Processing payments and ID checks correctly, including pre-authorisation/card details/ credit checks etc
• Create the best rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Opening and closing rental agreements
• Assist delivery and collection of rental vehicles
• Calculating quotation for customers
• Building rapport with our customer base
• Monitor daily desktop reports, vehicle availability, utilisation, excess mileage etc
• Resolving problems and delivering outstanding customer service
• To increase the number of local corporate accounts within the designated area
• Identify new potential sales area
• Dealing with fines & penalties for all hire vehicle
• Conducting daily fleet checks and vehicle checks
• Book vehicle in with service department for maintenance on all hire vehicles
• Ensures rentable standard is met and any additional damage is documented on return
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment, efficiently and effectively to meet the quality and service performance goals for the location
• Supporting colleagues across all roles within operations to create a smooth customer experience
