Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals. As a Financial Coach, you will work closely with clients to develop personalised care plans that address their unique financial situations and aspirations. Your leadership will guide clients through the complexities of budgeting, saving, and investing, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their financial situations and set achievable goals.
  • Develop tailored care plans that encompass budgeting, debt management, savings strategies, and investment advice.
  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients as they implement their financial plans.
  • Utilise IT tools and software to track client progress and maintain accurate records of coaching sessions.
  • Educate clients on financial literacy topics, including credit scores, loans, and retirement planning.
  • Collaborate with other professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive support for clients' financial wellbeing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in personal finance coaching.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial coaching or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in financial software and tools for tracking client progress.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding clients towards their financial objectives.
  • A genuine interest in helping others improve their financial literacy and overall wellbeing.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
