About the Recruitment Day

We're hosting a dedicated recruitment event for Customer & Neighbourhood Housing Officer roles, allowing you to make a difference across a wide range of communities. These vacancies will be demand-led, covering our entire property portfolio, including the following counties: Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and some parts of Greater London.  

This is your chance to meet our team, learn more about the role, and take part in practical tasks before interviewing on the same day.

Event details:

• Date: Wednesday, 3rd December 2025
• Time: 09:00 - 13:00 
• Location: High Wycombe (Glory Park office base)
• Working pattern: Hybrid working (2 days in the office/out on patch, 3 days working from home). Some flexibility/extra travel may be required from week to week, depending on the workload. 
• Salary: £37,736 + excellent benefits
• Contract type: All roles offered as fixed-term contracts (FTCs)

• Learn more about the role and our organisation
• Take part in a mixture of practical tasks
• Meet the hiring team and ask questions
• End the day with a face-to-face interview

What We're Looking For

Must haves:

• Passion for customer service and community engagement
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional housing services
• Housing management knowledge and case management experience in a regulated environment
• A full driving licence and a car for business usage, mileage is paid at 45p per mile as per our policy. 

For added brilliance:

• Confidence in handling complex situations with empathy and professionalism
