Role Overview
As the Product Lifecycle & Growth Partner, you will drive the entire journey of wellness products — from concept to cart to customer love. This is an entrepreneurial role where you will co-own product strategy, launch plans, digital sales channels, and brand growth with a clear revenue-share model.
You'll work closely with the Founder to craft disruptive GTM stories, build high-velocity e-commerce funnels, and turn soulful products into global brands.
- Key Responsibilities1. Product Lifecycle Management
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle — ideation, product development coordination, packaging, pricing, launch, scale. - Build clear PLM roadmaps with timelines, market benchmarks, and scale strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, sourcing, and brand teams to shape product stories.
- Brand & Marketing Strategy
Craft compelling product narratives rooted in purpose, wellness, and culture.
- Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Design launch campaigns and growth loops for each product category.
- Build strategic collaborations with wellness influencers, creators, and communities.
- E-Commerce & Revenue Growth
Launch and manage D2C storefronts (Shopify/Amazon/Flipkart/global marketplaces).
- E-Commerce & Revenue Growth
- Drive conversions through performance marketing, A/B testing, retention funnels, and affiliate programs.
- Track and grow sales across domestic and international markets.
- Growth Hacking & Partnerships
Identify whitespace opportunities, new channels, and collab opportunities with hotels, spas, retreats, and lifestyle brands.
- Growth Hacking & Partnerships
- Build and manage affiliate / reseller / ambassador networks.
- Metrics & Ownership
Own revenue and growth KPIs for each product line.

- Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years in product marketing / PLM / e-commerce growth in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle categories. - Strong grasp of D2C funnels, digital marketing, and consumer psychology.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action, experimentation, and ownership.
- Passionate about wellness, conscious living, and purpose-driven brands.
