WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To accommodate our guests, we need a great team behind us, so we're hiring for a role to help continue to execute a fantastic drinks program and elevate it further with the team.

• Personality Our front of house team is built on being able to read and enjoy the company of our guests. To be there for them at the right time but make an unforgettable experience.
• Commitment and focus. The job is as hard as you make it and our team are conscientious in their work. We aim to execute tasks perfectly first time round with a key level of attention to detail.
• Attitude to keep learning. We are looking for an established skillset for this role but with the awareness that there is always something new to develop.
• People skills with both guests and staff members. It's a focused environment but customer service and ability to work with our team is vital.
• Versatility ; each member of the front of house team is to be able to work at the same level so your role will be diverse in service and mis en place. Management for us means that you can do everybody's role too

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent standards, in depth knowledge of product and process.
• Key attention to detail to ensure excellent preparation
• Ensure all guests are looked after before they're aware of what they need
• Implementing new ideas, strategies.
• Joining in the creative process of adding new ideas to our venue whether operationally or in service.
