My client is a leading property management company who specialise in Prime Central London.

They are looking for an experienced Interim HR Advisor to start asap

Ideally 6 month FTC with a strong possibility to go perm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a volume of ER cases - grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals.
  • Provide clear, consistent HR advice (linked to legislation and Handbook) to colleagues.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including new starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
  • Lead on sickness absence management, ensuring compliance with policy and supporting managers with appropriate action plans.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with company policy and GDPR requirements on Bright HR.
  • Support wider HR initiatives and projects as required during the interim period.

About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or equivalent role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in managing ER cases (start to finish), sound knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Confident handling sensitive and complex employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance casework and administrative duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.

£40-50,000 DOE

Hybrid role - 2 days pw in office, Holborn.
