The Private Clinic - A leading private healthcare provider specialising in aesthetics and hair restoration in the UK.
An experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon is required by a leading medical hair restoration clinic based in Birmingham.
The surgeon must be experienced in (FUE), passionate about hair transplant, patient care and must have a great attention to detail. The candidate must be a fully GMC registered doctor, have a licence to work in the UK, speak excellent English and have good communication skills.
The ideal candidate would also have experience in minor surgery.
We can also consider Junior Doctor as Full Training in hair transplants can be provided for the right individual.
During hair transplant procedures, the surgeon is supported by trained hair transplant technicians, nurses and other members of staff. The candidate must be a good team player who is comfortable working in a private practice environment.
The candidate should understand the nature of the cosmetic industry and the need for a patient/client focused approach. A keen eye for detail, patience and perfectionism are essential in order to deliver the outstanding results that we want for all of our patients.
In addition to surgery, modern hair transplantation also relies on medicine and medical treatments for hair loss. The candidate should also know what medical and pharmaceutical treatments are available and be comfortable discussing them with their patients.
The surgeon must always be polite and considerate, provide clear explanations that are easy for patients to understand, listen to what the patient has to say and involve them in decisions about treatment.
For a full time role, shareholding in the business is an option for the right individual.
