Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Survey Coordinator to review and manage survey data for residential electric vehicle (EV) home charging installations. The Survey Coordinator will be responsible for assessing site surveys, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in survey review, data analysis, and EV charging infrastructure, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse site surveys submitted for EV home charging installations.
  • Verify survey data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Assess site feasibility based on property layout, electrical infrastructure, and installation requirements.
  • Compile and present findings in detailed reports and summaries for project teams.
  • Ensure survey review processes align with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve survey collection and review methodologies.
  • Stay updated on EV home charging trends, policies, and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced and qualified installation electrician.
  • BS7671 18th Edition essential.
  • Part P desirable.
  • Knowledge of EV home charging infrastructure, electrical systems, and residential permitting processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple survey reviews efficiently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • This position would ideally suit an experienced domestic installations electrician, who is now seeking an office-based role.
  • Experience working in the EV or renewable energy sector.
  • Familiarity with permitting and regulatory processes for residential EV charging installations.
  • EV charging or electrical installations.

Salary:

  • £35,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
