Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Hemel Hempstead. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for electrical and lighting installations, analyzing project details, and helping to establish budgets. The role includes reviewing project specifications, liaising with clients, and consulting with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. Additionally, the individual will contribute to ensuring project timelines and financial objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Estimation and Construction Estimating
  • Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting
  • Effective Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Detail-oriented approach with an understanding of electrical and lighting installations
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations in construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field is desirable
  • Experience with estimating software and tools is a plus
  • Experience using a CRM in particular SimPRO would be beneficial.
