The Company:

My client is a global leader in the online learning and immersive education space. They are a fun, purpose-driven, and energetic global community that thrives on continuous learning and fearless innovation.

They are now looking for a Senior Video Content Creator to join their passionate creative team.

The Role:

They are scaling their video output across brand, product and performance channels. You'll own the journey from concept to final delivery—blending hands-on craft (camera, edit, motion) with AI-assisted workflows to consistently deliver excellent stories at speed. Think big brand launches, polished product explainers, and scroll-stopping paid social.

Specifically, you will:

• Turn ideas into assets, storyboards into shot lists; scope resources and timelines; run pre-production through to delivery.
• Direct and shoot in their beautiful office or on location (camera, lighting, audio), solo or with other creatives (including in-house film studio); manage vendors and freelancers when needed.
• Leverage AI-enhanced workflows using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia (or similar) to generate organic and paid videos.
• Shape and define the brands video guidelines with their Creative Director to drive consistency across organic, paid and product videos, from paid media and UGC to AI product launches.
• Deliver platform-native paid social for Meta and Google with short-form assets; iterate quickly against performance signals.
• Report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with their Creative teams and Performance marketing team.

Must-have hard skills:

• Production craft
  : camera operation, lighting, sound, and directing talent.
• Post-production
  : expert non-linear editing; colour basics; motion design/animation fundamentals.
• AI video direction
  : practical experience orchestrating AI tools to accelerate concepting and versioning.
• Social/performance
  : making platform-specific edits (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), fast turnarounds for paid social and creator-style content.

Must-have soft skills:

• Concept-to-completion ownership with proactive problem-solving and high accountability.
• Clear, confident communication with cross-functional partners and non-creative stakeholders.
• Collaboration & feedback literacy—giving/receiving notes, iterating quickly.
• Organised & detail-obsessed, with strong prioritisation across multiple streams.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years in video production or similar senior roles, with a portfolio spanning brand films, product launches, and paid social.
• Mastery of Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve; working knowledge of colour, audio, and delivery specs.
• Demonstrable experience
  directing AI-assisted video workflows
  (Midjourney/Runway/HeyGen/Synthesia or equivalents).
• Confident on-set: from small, nimble shoots to leading larger teams and multi-camera setups.

Portfolio:

The client is interesting in seeing 4-6 recent pieces that showcase:

1. Brand/Product/Service launch
2. Feature explainer videos with motion
3. Paid Social Variants (with performance context if available)
4. At least one AI-assisted piece (including your workflow to produce it) used in a commercial asset
