Role Overview
As the Property Leasing Stakeholder Engagement Lead, you will be at the forefront of promoting and strengthening Nacro's Leasing Function with existing and prospective Property Partners and other stakeholders. Your work will directly support the acquisition and retention of properties and bedspaces across Nacro's operational services, enabling us to meet contractual, operational, and growth objectives.
This is a dynamic and influential role—ideal for someone who can build strong professional relationships, use insight and data to drive strategy, and represent Nacro as a partner of choice within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Lead engagement with a wide range of Property Partners, Investors, Landlords, and Agents.
- Act as the primary contact for medium–large Property Partners, representing Nacro with professionalism and credibility.
- Coordinate responses to stakeholder concerns or complaints and promote Nacro at external events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Work collaboratively with Regional Leasing Managers and operational colleagues to strengthen partnerships across England and Wales.
Insight, Data & Communications
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive stakeholder communications and engagement plan.
- Collate and analyse data to provide insight into partner activity, supply gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Refresh and maintain web content and promotional materials aimed at Landlords and Investors.
- Produce high-quality insight to support senior decision-making and contribute to Nacro's Strategic Property Leasing Plan.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, manage, mentor and support up to two direct reports, ensuring clarity of objectives, performance monitoring, and continuous development.
- Promote Nacro's values and create a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Manage recruitment, attendance, performance and conduct in line with policies and procedures.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all activities meet contractual, regulatory, safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection requirements.
- Engage in audits, inspections and working groups, ensuring high standards and shared best practice.
- Work with senior Leasing colleagues to streamline processes for property acquisition, retention, and decommissioning.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with property partners, investors, agents or similar networks (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to analyse data and produce clear insight reports.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong ICT capability (Microsoft Office; training provided for internal systems).
- Experience managing staff or leading small teams is advantageous.
