About our Nursery 
Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 64 children and is a strong and progressive center committed to providing families with the best care and stimulating environments. Our hardworking team is dedicated to ensuring that the children in their care receive the best start in life. We have access to a local library and two parks within the community, and we often visit the local care home to foster connections. Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the town center, we benefit from bus routes that link to various parts of Cheltenham, including a direct route to the center, as well as local shops within a five-minute walking distance. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
