We're looking for a
Lead Generation Specialist

No cold calling – you'll be speaking to warm leads who are already interested. This company genuinely invests in people, with clear progression routes and consistent pay rises as you develop.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, qualifying prospects and booking them in with the relevant advisor.
  • Conducting consultative conversations to understand customer needs and match them with the right service.
  • Managing expectations and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first contact to appointment.
  • Handling objections professionally and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with both B2C and B2B clients.

What You'll Need

  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, recruitment, financial services, debt recovery, estate agency, or another phone-based sales environment.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A genuine interest in progressing your career within a supportive team.

You'll do well here if you've previously worked in:

  • Outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Call centre or contact centre roles.
  • Recruitment or telesales.
  • Estate agency or lettings negotiation.
  • Financial services or debt management.
  • Customer service roles involving outbound contact or upselling.
