We're looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join our front-of-house team — someone with genuine warmth, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
The Role:
As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll be the heartbeat of our guest journey — welcoming arrivals, handling enquiries, and ensuring that every stay feels special. You'll bring your personality and intuition to every interaction, anticipating needs and delivering thoughtful touches that make guests feel truly at home.
Working closely with the Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams, you'll help shape experiences that reflect the creative, welcoming spirit of One Hundred Shoreditch.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, genuine welcome to all guests on arrival and throughout their stay.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Handle guest feedback proactively, finding solutions that exceed expectations.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service and thoughtful recommendations.
Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across the hotel.
Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and special requests in the system.
Uphold the standards and brand values of One Hundred Shoreditch at all times.
Salary: £26,225 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
