Role Overview:

As a Trainee Apprentice Dental Nurse & Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our dental professionals while providing excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and progress in both the clinical and administrative aspects of a dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist and dental hygienists during patient treatments
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments
  • Process dental X-rays (under supervision)
  • Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported during visits
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and records
  • Handle front desk duties, including answering calls and emails
  • Provide information on dental services and treatments to patients
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic protocols
  • Support with general clinic administration tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • A keen interest in dental care and a desire to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and a team player
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • A willingness to complete an apprenticeship and learn on the job
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and service to patients
