Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial AV Service Engineer, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves field-based service responsibilities, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of professional sound, lighting, and AV systems. Key duties include providing technical support, conducting on-site visits to diagnose and resolve issues, and ensuring equipment is operating at optimal performance. Effective communication with clients and team members is also an essential component of the role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and Field Service tasks to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair to ensure the reliable operation of professional sound, lighting, and AV systems.
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively and explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Experience providing Technical Support to assist clients with system functionality and usability concerns.
  • Ability to work in on-site roles and adapt to dynamic environments while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications or training in AV technology, electronics, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Valid clean driver's license and willingness to travel
