Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting our investment solutions, and generating sales. You will work remotely with flexible hours, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking autonomy while earning an attractive commission on top of a basic salary.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Utilise CRM to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
  • Achieve individual and team targets set by management while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing and sales
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Confidence in speaking with high-net-worth individuals and business clients.
  • A keen interest in investments, finance, or technology (preferred but not essential).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
