We are seeking a talented and driven
HR Operations Business Partner
to join a growth business and help them take thier HR operations to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven of people operations experience who is eager to grow, innovate, and play a key role in shaping the future of HR within the organisation. Suited to someone who has a passion for HR operations, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to drive impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
Ensure that HR operations are stable and efficient, building on the foundations already in place. You will be responsible for managing core HR processes, including benefits administration, payroll exceptions, and HR data analytics. - Business growth Support:
Play a key role in HR integration efforts during acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with business needs. - Process Improvement:
Take existing HR processes to the next level by documenting, mapping, and communicating SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure consistency and clarity across teams. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the HR team, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to deliver a high-impact people experience, focusing on building strong foundations for future growth. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics to drive HR operational improvements and ensure that processes are continuously optimised for efficiency and scalability.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
3-5 years in a People Operations or HR business partner role, with a strong foundation in HR processes, operations, and systems. - Appetite for Growth:
Eagerness to develop and grow within the role, with a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment. - HR Systems Knowledge:
Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms. Familiarity with data analytics and the ability to manage HR metrics effectively. - Process Mindset:
A passion for building and refining HR processes, with a strong focus on creating efficiencies, ensuring accuracy, and delivering a smooth employee experience. - Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and ensure that they are communicated effectively across the team.
