The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced
CFO Search Partner
to join our client's elite team of executive search professionals. • 3 CFO Search Partners based in UK (
  AVG PPH £4,500,000)
• 20 CFO Search Partners globally
• Known as the
  Market Leaders
  across Tech landscape ( PE, VC & Blue Chips)
• Currently Cover PE/VC & Tech directly, with wider practices currently covering Consumer, Retail, Financial Services

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in executive search, ideally with a focus on C-suite or financial leadership roles (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance).
• A strong network within private equity, venture capital, or public company ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and candidates.
• A results-driven mindset, with a track record of high billings (e.g., £600k+ annually) and the ambition to scale further.
• Interest working with advanced technology platforms and data-driven recruitment methodologies.
