Job Purpose:
This role reports to the QC Manager and provides hands-on support with general quality control laboratory tasks and material management. We are a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, so attention to detail, accurate documentation, and clear written communication are essential. You will also need a good understanding of what it means to work safely in a laboratory setting. *Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities:*

  • Conduct and support routine housekeeping duties
  • Conduct Sampling in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Consumable and reagent ordering and stock checking
  • Receipt, status labelling and inspection of raw materials
  • Perform quality checks on incoming packaging components and retain samples
  • Perform quality checks (appearance and leaks) on bulk and packed products
  • Conduct sample and reagent preparation to support analysts as required
  • Release testing of primary and secondary packaging raw materials
  • Perform Visual Inspections of equipment for cleaning verification
  • Perform cleaning verification by HPLC within cleanrooms where trained
  • Perform basic calibrations where trained
