We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience and be proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to both management and staff while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Placing orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for document preparation, data analysis, and communication.
- Coordinate schedules, manage appointments, and organise meetings for team members.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to client management and reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
