People Partner
to join our HR team and help us deliver our People & Performance strategy.

The Role:

As our People Partner, you'll support the delivery of a wide range of HR initiatives, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, wellbeing, and HR operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth HR processes, supporting compliance, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

You'll partner with the Head of People & Performance to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure efficient delivery across all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, advertising, screening and onboarding.


• Coordinate inductions, new starter documentation, and manage exit processes.


• Provide administrative support and practical advice on employee relations matters, including note-taking, documentation, policy guidance, and escalation of complex issues.


• Maintain HR data and systems, producing accurate reports for management and compliance purposes.


• Contribute to wellbeing, engagement, and DEI initiatives, including surveys, events, and communications.


• Support health & safety processes, risk assessments, and compliance tracking.


•  Assist with HR projects and provide support for process improvements, helping to make HR operations more efficient and effective.

What We're Looking For:


• Solid HR Generalist experience across core HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, and supporting employee relations cases.


• Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.


• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with confidence managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.


• Competence in using HR systems, maintaining accurate records, and producing clear, reliable HR reports.


• A genuine commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee wellbeing, and contributing to DEI initiatives.


• CIPD Level 5 qualified or an equivalent HR qualification.
