Live-in Caretaker

We are seeking a dedicated Live-in Caretaker to join our team.

This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our luxury properties, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable stay. Located in the heart of beautiful countryside, this position plays a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence.

Please note this is a live-in role; The successful candidate will have an apartment provided in the building, and will be expected to be on site. This apartment is not suitable for families. Further details will be available on application.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of all properties to ensure high standards are met.
• Prepare properties for guest arrivals, including setting up amenities and ensuring cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any maintenance needs or repairs.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Refresh rooms after Guest stays
• Perform outdoor maintenance tasks such as gardening and landscaping as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding property conditions.
• Be available to occasionally respond to guests out of hours needs.
• Perform any other reasonable requests from Line Management

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or property maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
