We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team based out of our Colchester office.

This role will drive the planning, delivery and oversight of projects in line with our policies and procedures, ensuring that agreed business outcomes are achieved.

As the sole Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from start to finish, driving operational change and business transformation. You'll work across all areas of the organisation, managing multiple priorities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in project management, ideally gained within the insurance sector, financial services or another regulated environment. You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and in a thrive fast-paced environment.
