Are you a qualified or experienced teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities to work around your schedule?
We are looking for teachers who have:
- PGCE/ QTS or QTLS
- at least 6 months teaching experience in the UK
- an excellent knowledge on the UK curriculum
- an empathic, caring and positive attitude
- the ability to plan lessons if the need arises
- confidence to lead lessons
- experience or knowledge of SEN
- the ability to manage the classroom
What supply work involves:
- Educate and mentor students in various subjects and areas of study
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership team or other teacher regarding student progress
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students who require extra assistance
- Implement special education accommodations and modifications as needed for students with diverse learning needs
Within the classroom you will be supported by TA's, who will be able to manage behaviour and work 1:1 with those who need the extra support.
With flexible supply, you will liaise with your consultant to note your availability, where we can book you accordingly. Should you with to hear about long term, permanent roles, we are happy to arrange interviews and trial days.
