About Crowe

As an independent member of Crowe Global, one of the top 10 accounting networks worldwide, we have access to over 40,000 professionals across 140+ countries and more than 800 offices globally.

Our vision is to be a leader in our chosen markets, creating lasting value for our clients and our people and being a trusted partner in their success.

We are dedicated to driving client success, empowering our people, embracing sustainability, delivering technological change and acting in the public interest.

The team

Our Professional Practices & Private Clients Tax team assist both professional practices and private clients with any tax queries they may have, whether this is assistance with their annual self-assessment tax returns or providing advice.

You will be a valued member of the London team from day one and will get involved with client work quickly, exposing you to the depth of services that Crowe provides and the wide variety of organisations that we advise.

The role

Whilst undertaking the graduate private client tax position, you will complete a 3-year training contract, where you will study towards the ATT/CTA qualification, providing the foundations for your development and giving you the qualifications and tools you need to succeed in your career.

Our entry requirements

  • 2.2 minimum in any degree subject
  • BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from 3 A Level subjects (or equivalent)
  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language

The person

Your application will not be based on academic performance alone. You will be required to demonstrate the strengths and qualities which underpin our core values, including personal drive, integrity and teamwork. Those who are curious, resilient, and agile will thrive.

If you do not meet all the entry requirements, you may still be considered if the rest of your application is strong. If you have any extenuating circumstances that you believe we should consider, and you are comfortable sharing, please let our recruitment team know and this will be looked at alongside your application.

Why choose Crowe?

Whatever career you choose, whether in audit, tax, marketing or HR, we can offer you a rewarding and clear career pathway, designed to help you develop your existing talents as well as discovering new ones, positioning you to make a meaningful difference to our ever-growing and varied client base.

We are committed to diversity in our teams, equal opportunity and merit-based progression. We promote a healthy working environment with flexible working approach alongside dedicated wellbeing support, helping our people to thrive both professionally and personally.
