Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our compassionate team in Haverhill. Based in Haverhill, this role is vital in coordinating care services, supervising staff, and ensuring our clients' needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise care staff to deliver high-quality support tailored to individual client needs.

  • Coordinate daily care activities ensuring compliance with care plans.
  • Support staff development through training and mentorship.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care services.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and independence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Provide care and support to service users

Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Experience in supervising or managing teams within a care or support environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to care services.
  • Compassionate approach with a focus on client well-being.
  • Relevant qualifications in health or social care are desirable but not mandatory.'
