JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Team Leader, Embroidery, you will be responsible for coordinating daily embroidery activities within the department. This includes preparing components, operating and adjusting embroidery machinery, and liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. The Team Leader, Embroidery plays a vital role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety across the department.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out embroidery operations in line with approved SOPs and work instructions, operating high-volume embroidery equipment where trained.
• Support quality and production targets by collaborating with colleagues and management, performing routine SAP transactions, and maintaining equipment as required.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines, reporting errors, and completing tasks with professionalism.
• Flexibly support other departments and undertake ad hoc duties as needed across the SuperHub.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Embroidery or in a similar role and environment.
• Hand/eye coordination.
• Willingness to learn and absorb information and knowledge relating to Callaway products.
• The ability to work independently and also as part of a wider team.
• Must be physically fit to undertake various manual handling tasks
