Service Support Officer
About the role:
As a Service Support Officer, you will be at the heart of our customer experience. You will join a team of 10, delivering efficient and effective customer services to thousands of customers who use our Highways and Road Networks daily, making sure they have safe, reliable journeys.
Based at Mallory Buildings, Birkenhead, you will be helping us respond to approximately 2,000 enquires per month both from Wirral residents and Councillors.
About the Candidate:
We would like to hear from you if you have experience of dealing witha wide range of queries which maybe by an email, phone call or a letter, you will be providing the help or information our customers need in a timely and effective way.
You will also learn how to deal with and respond appropriately to customer queries and complaints and provide accurate, real-time information on issues to our residents, partner organisations and colleagues.
As well as gaining real life experience in a challenging and rewarding role you will learn how we manage customer service delivery and performance and how we work with Councillors, suppliers and contractors.
