Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cambridge for a Multi-Trade Engineer. The Multi-Trade Engineer will handle property maintenance tasks, including addressing repairs, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring the effective operation of building systems and equipment. The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues related to various trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance while ensuring safety standards are met. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of completed work and liaising with clients as required to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in multiple trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general property maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to maintain a safe working environment
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site to meet project goals
  • Experience in property maintenance or facilities management is preferred
  • Recognised trade qualifications or certifications in a relevant field are highly desirable
