Mobile Periodic Cleaner

We are seeking a x2 Periodic Mobile Cleaners to attend a number sites for one of our largest Social Housing partners in Oxford and surrounding areas.

This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate is £13.50

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, a Company Vehicle is provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Deep Cleaning of hard floors, carpets
  • Jet washing of internal and externals of bins and stores
  • Scrub and sanitize all high-touch surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Use specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean carpets, upholstery, and hard floors
  • Dust and wipe down furniture, light fixtures, and vents
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental policies
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring all supplies are replenished (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
  • Clean windows, glass, and mirrors to a high standard
  • Clean and sanitize common areas, break rooms, and kitchen spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless
  • Follow safety guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential
  • Full Manual driving license required
  • IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
