Rejen Architects is a design-focused architecture practice passionate about breathing new life into buildings and places. Our work spans hospitality, workplace, high-end residential, and healthcare sectors, and we specialise in heritage andr

Due to an expanding workload across Ireland and the UK, we are looking for a recently qualified architect to join our growing Belfast studio. This will be someone who is talented, focused, ambitious, curious, and ready to become a key part of the Rejen team as we design and deliver projects across

you'l be doing

You will work closely with the Project Director, supporting the design development and delivery of projects at a range of scales across all

RIBA Work S

tages. This ill include:


• Working on feasibility studies, concept design, planning applications, and

d

esign develoment packages


• Producing high-quality drawings and visuals using freehand sketching, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and various emergi

ng

AI application and workflows


• Supporting heritage, conservation-led, and contemporary design projects through research, sensitive des

i

gn, and constrction detailing


• Preparing high-quality tender and cons

tru

ction drawings ad specifications


• Performing the role of Project Architect as projects move from detailed design to on-site construction, co

n

tract administraion, and delivery


• Preparing client presentations and participat

ing

in design reviewsand internal crits


• Visiting sites, conducting surveys and inspections, andcoordinating and mnaging design teams


• Participating in practice-wide continuous improvement, helping to refine and optimis

e w

orkflows through emeging AI applications


• Travelli

ng to sites in NI, RI, and GB as required

Who we're looking for


• ARB / RIBA or RIAI recently (or soon-to-be) registered

ar

chitect with up to 3 yers' post-Part 3 experience


• Excell

ent

design skills at both coneptual and technical levels


• Passionate about contemporary design, adaptive reuse, heritage, andsustainable design (Passivaus or similar an advantage)


• Strong freehand drawing skills and a high standard of proficie

ncy

in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and emerging AI applications


• Good technical a

w

areness and interest in how uilding elements come together


• Excellent communication, organis

ati

on, and presentation skills – isual, verbal and interpersonal


• Ability to manage your own time and workload while supporting jun

ior team members and contributng
