Fullers Foods – a leading UK food supplier to major retailers – is seeking an experienced
Compliance & Auditing Manager
to ensure our global supply base meets the highest standards of
food safety, legality, authenticity, and quality
.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead supplier audits, manage compliance with customer and regulatory standards, and act as a key link between suppliers, customers, and internal teams. You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining BRC accreditation, conducting site visits worldwide, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What you'll do:

  • Lead supplier audits and manage corrective actions
  • Support new supplier approvals and customer audit coordination
  • Conduct investigations into food safety or product quality issues
  • Drive supplier compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Represent Fullers Foods during customer site visits and audits

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing, auditing, or compliance
  • Lead Assessor and HACCP Level 3 (minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of BRCGS and retailer technical standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively in the UK and overseas
