Consumer Complaint Analyst Permanent Role Willing to relocate.
We're looking for a Consumer Complaint Analyst to join our Technical and Quality team on a permanent basis. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all consumer feedback and product complaints are handled professionally, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all incoming consumer complaints, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and timely response.
Coordinate complaint investigations with internal teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Maintain and update complaint dashboards, metrics, and performance reports.
Support the Technical team with data analysis and trend reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all responses meet company policy, brand tone, and regulatory standards.
Escalate issues promptly where product safety, legality, or brand reputation may be impacted.
Support social and digital monitoring for product feedback trends.
Assist with process documentation, audits, and internal communication regarding consumer insights.
Skills & Experience
Strong background in consumer or customer care, preferably within food manufacturing, FMCG, or other regulated industries.
Understanding of complaint investigation, traceability, and root cause analysis processes.
Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or quality management systems is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, professional approach to customer interaction.
Strong administrative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP or CRM systems.
Highly organized, accurate, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Degree in a science, food, or quality-related field preferred, but relevant experience also considered.
