Overview

Beauty Boutique in Hampstead is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in providing exceptional treatments and services, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of beauty and/or Aesthetic treatments.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to provide innovative services.
  • Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of treatments provided.
  • Promote products and services to clients, ensuring they are informed about aftercare and home care options.
  • Handle client feedback professionally, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in variety of Level 2, 3 or 4 treatments, be a confident person and a team player.
  • Proven experience as a Beauty/Aesthetics Therapist, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of various treatments and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
