About the Role

We're delighted to be supporting our client – an established and fast-moving ecommerce group – in recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to help shape the future of their online strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences across their consumer brands.

This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home one day per week following the probationary period.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across content, email, SEO, PPC, social media (organic and paid), CRO and UX optimisation.

  • Optimise customer journeys and website performance using analytics and insight-driven improvements.

  • Create and manage engaging digital content that reflects brand identity and drives conversions.

  • Produce reports and analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

  • Assist with website merchandising and customer experience improvements.

  • Provide occasional support to customer service during busy trading periods.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role within an ecommerce environment.

  • Expertise in at least three of the following:

    • Content creation

    • Email marketing

    • SEO

    • PPC

    • Influencer marketing

    • Social media (organic and paid)

    • CRO / UX optimisation

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • A creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation.

Desirable Skills (not essential)

  • Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar ecommerce platforms.

  • Knowledge of marketplaces, digital PR, SMS marketing, or Canva/similar tools.

  • Video creation and editing skills.
