Whether you're an experienced Senior Advisor or an ambitious Advisor ready for your next step, you'll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team at Taylor Wessing, working alongside Nicola Micklewright (Early Talent Senior Manager) who brings deep expertise and fosters a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
You'll be at the forefront of our solicitor apprenticeship and trainee solicitor programmes, helping to design and deliver experiences that are inclusive, engaging and career-defining. From attraction and recruitment through to development and pastoral care, your work will directly influence the journeys of our future lawyers across London, Liverpool, Cambridge and Dublin. With strong links to our Responsible Business, Development and Advisory teams, this role offers the chance to work cross-functionally, drive innovation, and make a meaningful impact.
Terms: 12-month fixed term contract.Location: London or Liverpool. Key responsibilitiesYou'll lead the delivery of both our solicitor apprenticeship and trainee solicitor programmes, ensuring every candidate receives a first-class experience from application to qualification. This includes designing and running immersive schemes such as our First Year Insight and Summer Vacation programmes, managing assessment centres, and working closely with the Early Talent Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding transition.
Externally, you'll build strong relationships with universities, law societies and marketing partners, while internally you'll collaborate with colleagues across Talent, Responsible Business and Development to deliver inclusive initiatives that support social mobility and diversity.

Proven experience in early careers recruitment, ideally within legal or professional services.Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.A genuine passion for diversity, inclusion and social mobility.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Confidence in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across all levels.Creativity, initiative and a proactive mindset.Strong organisational skills and a calm, structured approach to busy workloads.
