We are an online retailer of indoor and garden plants, looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Warehouse Assistants to join our small, friendly team.

You'll be involved in a variety of tasks that help keep our plant warehouse running smoothly and ensure our customers receive their orders quickly and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare online plant orders to a high standard.
  • Accept and check deliveries (plants, packing materials, and returns).
  • Prepare trolleys for deliveries and handle courier collections.
  • Pot on plants, water, and care for stock as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, rearranging stock when required.

About You

  • Knowledge of plants is not essential, but an interest in them is a real plus
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work accurately with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting and moving plants and boxes).

This is a hands-on, active, and rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. It's a fun and engaging job with lots to learn, and every day is a little different.

Hours

  • Part-time, approximately 15–30 hours per week.
  • Flexible hours — we can discuss scheduling to suit both sides.
  • Weekend work is optional, for those who prefer it.
  • Extra hours may be required during busy periods, especially around Christmas, when order volumes increase.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.30-£13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
