What you will do
As a Senior College Services Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our college delivers exceptional academic and student support while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency. From supporting students with academic queries and module changes, to coordinating assessments, results, and academic reporting, your work will be central to creating a smooth and rewarding academic journey for every student.
You'll contribute to key academic processes, managing the communication of results and transcripts, and maintaining accurate student records. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that essential academic operations—from registration and welcome events to exams and classification—run seamlessly.
This is a role where you'll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact—enhancing processes, supporting your team, and improving the overall student experience. By delivering excellent service and fostering collaboration across departments, you'll help shape a supportive and engaging academic environment where students can thrive.

What you'll bring to the role
- Customer Service Communication: Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to encourage these qualities in others.
- Experience Interests: A strong interest in education, particularly in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students.
- Technical Organisational Skills: Proficiency in IT (especially Microsoft Excel, including formulae, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables), strong organisational abilities, and effective time management.
- Teamwork Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams, with experience leading activities or small teams to achieve goals.
- Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, confidentiality awareness, initiative, flexibility, and a strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
